The shape that maps to AMBAR is not the enterprise L&D shape. It is the delivery mechanic: a repeatable cohort, built on top of an existing partner's customer base, that lets a methodology owner reach a new market without staffing up locally. If AMBAR wants to sell Ambar-iSAF to Peruvian mining or to Colombian refining, this is the delivery shape that does not require hiring engineers in each country.
